Nandyal: Pattikonda Assembly Constituency incharge Cherukulapadu Sridevi on Thursday alleged that police are performing their duties at the behest of TDP leaders.
Strongly condemning the TDP leaders attack on YSR Congress leader Silpa Chakrapani Reddy in Nandyal, she said police did not take any action against the accused. The ruling party conspired to encourage faction politics through attacks on opposition leaders.
The YSRCP leader also said the TDP had come to a conclusion that the party will bite the dust in the by-election to Nandyal Assembly Constituency. The TDP leaders are unable to digest the people's support to YSR Congress Party..
