Embarrassment for Lokesh

Amaravati: Nara Lokesh faced the ire of farmers on Tuesday when they questioned him on farm dues.
The incident took place when farmers from Krishna district met Lokesh and complained that they did not receive payments for their produce since three years. They alleged that they were made to run from pillar to post for their money.
They informed the minister that a total of Rs 10 crore was due to 310 farmers from the district. "Delay in payments is causing hardships and the government should immediately look into the matter," they told minister Lokesh. However, an impatient Lokesh told them to wait for some more time to which the gathering of farmers retorted, "how long?"
