"Conspiracy to cancel fee reimbursement scheme"

Hyderabad, Sept 7, 2012: YSR Congress party today charged the government with
conspiring to cancel the fee reimbursement scheme from which lakhs of students
were benefited during the YSR regime.

Speaking to media persons on the second day of her Fee
Deeksha at Indira Park in Hyderabad on Friday, party honourary president Smt
Y.S.Vijayamma said the Government has been harassing the students to take
vengeance on YSR.

“The Government doesn’t think the poor students have a
right to pursue higher studies,” she said, adding that YSR had proved what Governments
could to the poor people.

Calling YSR a great visionary, Vijayamma said he always
had treated the investments on education as a social investment and called the
present government as non-working. “It is a hopeless government and it can’t do
anything,” she said.

Vijayamma also criticized TDP president N.Chandrababu
Naidu saying his love towards the BCs is hypocritical. Can any student say that
Chandrababu had introduced the fee reimbursement scheme, she asked.
