Hyderabad: YSRCP senior member Gadikota Srikanth Reddy opined that yesterday was a bad day to happen in the assembly. He commented that the speaker’s behaviour was saddening. He spoke to the media along with his fellow MLAs after the session ended yesterday.
No Confidence Motion against the Speaker
Srikanth Reddy stated that they in fact had respect for the position of the speaker, but expressed their displeasure towards the behaviour of the speaker Kodela Siva Prasad was distressing. While the leader of opposition YS Jagan spoke for 1-2 minutes, TDP MLAs spent 30-40 minutes verbally abusing him. Srikanth Reddy added that they had waited in vain for his way to change.
