AP deserves a leader who stands by his words

Hyderabad: Reacting to the proceedings in the Lok Sabha yesterday during which a no-confidence motion was moved against the BJP-led NDA government over SCS to Andhra Pradesh, the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) condemned the TDP stance.

In a tweet posted on the party's official Twitter handle this noon, the party stated that Andhra Pradesh deserved a leader who stands true to his words.

Time and again, the Andhra Pradesh opposition party has exposed TDP's inconsistency in its stand on the SCS. After agreeing to a Special Package offered by the Centre, the ruling party changed its stance to a demand for the SCS earlier this year, soon after pulling out of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), led by the BJP.

"The stance taken by TDP yesterday was what YSRCP MPs & our leader @ysjagan have been advocating for the past 4 years. AP deserves a leader who stands by his words; who does not vacillate according to the opportunity #APNeedsYSJagan," the tweet reads.
