3000 Cong activists join YSR Congress

Kurnool, Sept 27, 2012: In a major setback for the Congress party in Kurnool district, three thousand activists of the party from different Mandals in the district today joined the YSR Congress party.

They took membership of the party in the presence of YSR Congress leader Gattu Ramachandra Rao  at a function got up for the purpose. 

Speaking on the occasion, Ramachandra Rao slammed the way the ruling Congress and opposition TDP are responding to the people’s problems. “While the Congress has abdicated its role totally as the ruling party and failed to deliver the goods to the people, TDP has also given up its responsibility as an opposition and failed to respond on issues bothering the people," he said. 

The activists who joined the party said YSR Congress only can implement welfare schemes introduced by YSR regime."Jagan only can bring the welfare raj and no one else," they said.
