YSRCP Will Let Opposition To Air Its Views

Amaravati: The YSRCP government Chief Whip Gadikota Srikant Reddy said that their government would conduct the Assembly sessions in complete accordance with the democratic values allowing the Opposition to voice its views.

Speaking to press persons here on Wednesday, he alleged that the TDP government had mocked the Opposition members by not even providing chambers in the Assembly building. “We will conduct ourselves with dignity unlike the previous government and speaker,” he added.

As regards the swearing-in of elected MLAs, he said first Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and then Opposition leader N Chandrababu Naidu would take the oath on Wednesday when the Assembly sessions commence. On June 14, he said Governor ESL Narsimhan would address the joint houses of Legislative Assembly and Council.
