*YS Jagan pays tributes to Bhagat Singh, Gurram Jashuva*

Tadepalli, September 28: Former Chief Minister and YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy paid tributes to revolutionary freedom fighter Bhagat Singh and renowned Telugu poet Gurram Jashuva on their birth anniversaries.

Taking to X platform, YS Jagan said Bhagat Singh’s life symbolised courage, patriotism and supreme sacrifice for the freedom of the motherland, and that his fighting spirit would continue to inspire generations.

Remembering Gurram Jashuva, YS Jagan said the great poet reflected the pain of ordinary people through his poetry and fearlessly questioned discrimination and injustice in society. He said Jashuva’s writings, rooted in humanity and social consciousness, remain an invaluable treasure of Telugu literature.
