YS Jagan Offers Chadar At Kadapa’s Ameen Peer Dargah

Andhra Pradesh chief minister designate YS Jagan Mohan Reddy offered special prayers and a chadar at the celebrated Ameen Peer dargah also known as Pedda Dargah in Kadapa. Accompanied by Rajya Sabha MP Vijay Sai Reddy, Kadapa Lok Sabha member YS Avinash Reddy and local MLA Amjad Basha among others, the YSRCP supremo offered a chadar bedecked with flowers as he took part in the traditional prayer ceremony.

He was welcomed by the custodian and committee members of the dargah who presented him with a traditional shawl and tied a turban to the YSRCP chief's head.

The chief minister designate landed at Kapada from Tirumala after offering prayers there and will now proceed to Pulivendula. He is scheduled to take part in the thanksgiving prayers being organised at the CSI Church there.
