YS Jagan Meets Governor, Seeks CBI Probe into DSC-2025

Vijayawada: Former Chief Minister and YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, along with senior party leaders, met Governor Justice S. Abdul Nazeer at Lok Bhavan and submitted a detailed representation with supporting evidence regarding the attack on YSRCP leaders, workers and unemployed youth during the peaceful protest at the SAAP office. In a post on X, YS Jagan said they explained how arbitrary policy changes and serious irregularities had turned DSC-2025 into what he described as a massive scam.

He further stated that the alleged police excesses against peaceful YSRCP protesters, including unlawful arrests and the registration of illegal and untenable cases, were brought to the Governor’s attention. YS Jagan said they sought a thorough and impartial inquiry into the police actions, a CBI investigation into the alleged DSC-2025 irregularities, and the resignation of Education Minister Nara Lokesh. He also said that the questions previously raised by him to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu were attached to the representation submitted to the Governor.
