*Two-year coalition rule atrocious*

Tirupati, June 7: YSRCP has reiterated that the two-year Chandrababu government is laden with corruption, atrocities, deception, nepotism, and the targeting of political adversaries, while all sections of society feel cheated after two years of what it calls betrayal, as none of the Super Six promises have been fulfilled.
Speaking to the media here on Sunday, former TTD Chairman Bhuman Karunakar Reddy said the coalition government's celebration of its two years in office is a sham, as people have realized how they were taken for a ride. He said YSRCP would stand with the people and be their voice in exposing Chandrababu's misrule.
He alleged that Adabidda Nidhi has become a mirage, the unemployment stipend has never materialized, there is no mention of the pension promised to 50-year-olds, and the much-publicized Talliki Vandanam scheme has been curtailed by reducing the number of beneficiaries by 20 lakh. He further claimed that the Deepam scheme has faltered, with only one or two LPG cylinders being supplied over two years against the promised six cylinders, while 40 lakh beneficiaries have been left out.
Employees, he said, are a dejected lot as they are not receiving their dues, while the education sector is in shambles as all the reforms introduced by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy have been scrapped. He also alleged that the police are being used as party cadres to harass political opponents by foisting false cases and sending them to jail.
He alleged that while numerous irregularities are taking place in TTD, nothing is being reported. Instead, false cases are repeatedly being filed against YSRCP leaders through SITs and commissions, yet nothing has been proved. Despite this, he said, allegations against them continue unabated. He also alleged that darshan tickets are being sold at exorbitant prices by TDP and Jana Sena cadres.
Chandrababu, Lokesh, and Pawan Kalyan, he said, have remained silent, allowing these alleged excesses to continue, while their propaganda machinery spreads misinformation to elevate them and demean political opponents.
He further alleged that the state's debt has increased manifold even as welfare activities have been curtailed, liquor is flowing freely, and corruption and nepotism have risen in the name of Amaravati.
The two years of what he termed betrayal would be fought politically by YSRCP, and the party would stand with the people, as all sections of society are in distress, he said.
