TDP using diversion politics as YS Jagan exposes coalition failures
07 Dec 2025 6:20 PM

Tanuku, Dec 7: YSRCP regional coordinator and former minister Karumuri Nageswara Rao said that unable to answer the issues raised by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy regarding the failures of the coalition government, TDP leaders have started diversion politics by falsely alleging that Jagan insulted BCs.
Speaking at the party office in Tanuku, he clarified that Jagan never insulted anyone and that such behaviour is not part of his personality.
Karumuri questioned whether calling Jagan a psycho, cut his head, and kill him, the statements made publicly by Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh and Buchaiah Chowdary, are acceptable. He demanded to know whether those remarks were not an insult. He said Chandrababu, who once declared he would cut the tails of Nayee Brahmins and remove the skin of Rajakas, must answer whether that was not humiliation of BC communities. He also reminded that Chandrababu politically used Yadava community leaders and later abandoned them.
The former minister said that the TDP is twisting the word anewadu, which was used casually referring to an individual, to mislead BC communities. He said that instead of responding to allegations related to corruption, fake liquor scam, Tirumala laddu adulteration, Parakamani dispute, land grabbing and Red Book false cases, the TDP leadership is creating baseless controversies. He challenged the coalition’s 164 MLAs to respond to Jagan’s questions if they have the courage.
Karumuri stated that it was YS Jagan who gave political recognition to Yadavas by appointing women mayors in Visakhapatnam and Tirupati and by sending four BC leaders to Rajya Sabha for the first time in AP history. He said insulting Jagan as anti BC will never be accepted and people are aware of the truth.
