Naidu, Pawan and Lokesh’s weekend trips with public money

Tadepalli, September 20: YSRCP spokesperson Putta Shiva Shankar Reddy hit out at Eenadu for biased reporting, questioning why it never exposes how many times CM Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, and Nara Lokesh traveled to Hyderabad on weekends using public money since the coalition took power. He noted that while Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy uses his personal funds for Bengaluru visits, Eenadu targets him repeatedly. “If Cherukuri Kiran wants to run a paper only to praise Chandrababu, he should rename it Chandranadu,” he said.

He reminded that during COVID, Naidu ignored the state for two years, yet Eenadu remains silent on his absence. In the last 65 weeks, Chandrababu & Co. made over 60 costly trips outside Andhra on state funds. He stated that Eenadu is diverting attention from the “Chalo Medical College” protests against privatization by peddling false liquor scam stories. “This is propaganda, not journalism,” he concluded.
