Lokesh conspiracy backfires; accused identified as Jana Sena activist: YSRCP

Tadepalli, Dec 24:YSR Congress Party State official spokesperson Nagarjuna Yadav said that a political conspiracy engineered by Minister Nara Lokesh has backfired, as clear evidence shows that the accused in a recent Kadiri incident is a Jana Sena Party activist and not connected to YSRCP.
Addressing the media at the party central office in Tadepalli, Nagarjuna Yadav stated that a family dispute between a woman and her brother-in-law in Muthyalavaripalle village of Kadiri constituency was deliberately given a political colour. He alleged that attempts were made to falsely link YSRCP to the incident, but the facts exposed the false campaign.
He said social media posts and an audio clip of the local Jana Sena MPTC member were presented to the media, confirming that the accused Ajay Dev is an active Jana Sena supporter and a fan of Pawan Kalyan. Despite this, a fake narrative was pushed to defame YSRCP, he added.
Nagarjuna Yadav alleged that diversion politics was resorted to out of jealousy after the birthday celebrations of YSRCP president and former Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy gained wide public attention. He accused the “yellow media” and the govt of amplifying false stories to damage the party’s image.
He further said the misuse of police force and political vendetta reflect authoritarian tendencies under the shadow leadership of Lokesh, and warned that such misuse of power is dangerous for the state. He also criticised Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for remaining silent while the state’s reputation suffers due to such actions.
