AMARAVATI: High Court of Andhra Pradesh lifted the stay on Polavaram project works. High Court has agreed with the argument of Attorney General that the writ petition doesn’t hold any value after the arbitration process is started and lifted the stay which was ordered after Navayuga Company filed the petition.
High Court has agreed with the argument that it was not correct on Navayuga part to approach High Court over the issue. High Court quashed the decision of the Lower Court’s injunction order not to encash the bank guarantees.
After hearing both the arguments, High Court opinioned to reconsider the judgement
