*DSC Protest turns Chartered Accountant into ‘Rowdy-Sheeter’*

Tadepalli, Sep 24: Nandigama chartered accountant Saibaba said at YSRCP headquarters that police slapped an illegal rowdy sheet on him after he protested the DSC scam on September 21.

“I have practised for ten years. Demanding accountability has earned me a rowdy-sheeter label,” he said.

Police booked YSRCP leaders protesting on Vijayawada’s Bandar Road, while stone-pelters accompanying TDP leaders faced no cases. YSRCP leaders and workers faced harassment through fabricated cases.

“They registered an SC/ST case against me and are trying to implicate another 1,719 people. Why punish demands for an inquiry? If recruitment was transparent, why resist investigation?”

Eenadu and similar outlets were vilifying YSRCP workers, he said. “Respectable in TDP, thieves in YSRCP? Does Ambedkar’s Constitution govern Andhra Pradesh or the Red Book? Police must introspect whether they serve the government or TDP leaders.”

“Cases and intimidation cannot stop our fight against the DSC scam,” Saibaba declared.
