Coalition govt., a failure

Rajahmundry, July 28: YSRCP has lambasted Chandrababu Naidu-led coalition government for its vindictive politics and total failure in rolling down the welfare schemes while spreading falsehoods targeting political adversaries.
Speaking to media here on Monday, former minister Chelluboina Srinivas Venugopal Krishna said the government has miserably failed in implementing welfare schemes and the hostels are poorly maintained, drawing the ire of courts even.
But Chandrababu Naidu speaks tall on Quantum Valley and Artificial Intelligence though the government could not provide basic facilities in welfare hostels, which was endorsed by the Home Minister herself while YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has developed and modernized schools and 3500 hostels under Nadu Nedu.
When the opposition has been questioning the failures, Chandrababu Naidu has resorted to diversion tactics by bringing up an orchestrated liquor scam and foisting false cases indiscriminately against those who are close to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The alleged scam itself is a sham as it is common sense that during the two terms of Chandrababu Naidu liquor outlets were made available abundantly while YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has regulated the liquor sale and has weeded out belt shops.
Stating that Chandrababu is obsessed with Singapore and is again after the failed model of Amaravati, he said the TDP delegation is again scouting for people with questionable character like Eshwaran, who was jailed by that country.
Corruption has been rampant in coalition government and during his previous tenure he has taken over the Polavaram project from Centre for kickbacks and failed on the R & R package besides faulty approach in the construction which has damaged the structure.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on the other hand has taken corrective measures, he said adding that only after the Opposition leader raises farmers’ issue, be it chilli, tobacco or mango, the government shows a knee-jerk reaction and never follows it up.
He also took strong objection on Butchiah Chowdhary’s remarks and said ganja is being sold in various forms and the government has failed to control it as the priorities of Chandrababu lies elsewhere.
