Nandyal People Always Stand By Silpa

People of Nandyal Assembly Constituency always stood by YSR Congress Party leader Silpa Mohan Reddy recognising his commitment towards serving people and development of backward Rayalaseema area.

YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy also  promoted Silpa Mohan Reddy as a able leader recognising his efforts and sincerity in uplifting the downtrodden.  Silpa has  been receiving accolades from all quarters for his quitting the ruling party and joined the opposition party. 

Silpa also taken up agitations for the rights of farmers and Krishna water from Srisailam for irrigation and drinking purpose in the drought hit Rayalaseema districts. 

The YSR Congress leader also said he groomed as a political leader with the blessings of YS Rajasekhara Reddy and dedicate his life in the service of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the future.

On the other hand, TDP has found itself in a piquant position. Amid Nandyal bypoll humdrum, strongman Silpa Chakrapani's resignation from the party has rattled them. But, more worrisome is the fact that Chakrapani has resigned from the MLC post also.

This is complete contrast to what Chandrababu Naidu has done when he engineered defections from the YSRCP. As many as 21 MLAs have ditched the YSRCP to join the TDP. But, not one of them resigned. The party too encouraged these immoral defections.

When Chakrapani Reddy wanted to leave TDP and join the YSRCP, party chief YS Jagan told him that he will have to resign the MLC post which he won on the TDP ticket. Chakrapani Reddy submitted his resignation at the Nandyal public meeting.

This has given a moral high ground for the YSRCP.
