YSRCP chief YS Jagan’s historic and game-changing Padayatra has been going on for the last 10 months. The yatra is eliciting tremendous response and countless crowds are flocking to catch a glimpse of the leader and pour out their tales of the woes. They see a savior, a succor and a hope in this young leader. From old to inform to youth and women, everyone is coming to him for support and succor. They are recounting what befell on them during the last four-and-a-half years rule of Chandrababu Naidu. YS Jagan has been instilling confidence among the hapless and helpless. Hence the massive response.
He is almost close to reaching the 3000-km-mark. The popularity is only rising and the people are listening to him with rapt attention. At every meeting of his, the people are raising their hands and roaring their approval to his speeches.
It appears it’s not just his promises that are drawing the people to him. These seems to be more to him than just promises and schemes. There is an aura around him. No other political heirs, including Nara Lokesh, can claim such popularity. Another main reason is the utter unpopularity of the Babu regime.
It is his flip-flops, his about turns and false promises that are bringing people to him. It is this that is making the people look towards YS Jagan with hope and anticipation.
