YSR Congress asks people not to lose heart

Press Release
Hyderabad, May, 9, 2013: YSR
Congress Party on Thursday appealed to the people and the party cadres not to
lose heart over rejection of bail to the Party President Sri YS Jagan Mohan
Reddy and asked them to remain calm and considerate with patience till he comes
out on bail.
Addressing the
media at the party headquarters here, YSRCP Political Affairs Committee
Coordinator Konatala Ramakrishna and Party spokesperson Ambati Rambabu agreed
that the leaders and the public were disappointed to some extent as the bail
was refused to Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy. “But we will fight it with renewed vigor”
they said.
They exuded
confidence that Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy would come out of jail as he did no
wrong. “This is a political game being played by the TDP and the Congress,”
they charged, adding, that going by the preliminary reports, the CBI has been
fixed a dead line of 4 months by the Supreme Court for completing the
investigation in the case.
YSR Congress will
expose the nexus of TDP and the Congress with the help of the people, they
said, asking the two parties to fight the local body elections with party
symbols. “YRSCP will trounce them” they said.
Charging that CBI
Advocate Ashok Bhan was speaking like a Congress spokesperson, they said that
the Supreme Court itself found fault with the CBI and its arguments going on in
the lower courts.
The CBI was
thoroughly misleading the courts by showing the misappropriation of funds as
Rs. 40,000 Cr and then the same being mentioned as Rs. 1030 Cr in the
affidavits again, Ramakrishna and Rambabu alleged. “The CBI has been misleading
the Courts and this is evident from the Supreme Court’s remarks.”//
