Vizianagaram (Srungavarapukota): The aged are complaining that they are not receiving pension in spite of having eligibility, due to the intervention of Janmabhoomi committees. Coordinator of Srungavarapukota constituency, Nekkala naidu Babu conducted Gadapagadapaku YSR Congress programme at Kotthavalasa Major Panchayat area. People complained to him that the Government was not sanctioning pension to even the bed-ridden elderly people. YSRCP leaders, during the programme, slammed the Government for snatching lands in the name of land acquisition. They stated that they would fight until justice was served to people.
Kurupam: MLA Pushpa Srivani criticised that nobody was able to enjoy welfare schemes during TDP rule and the ruling party had deceived farmers, unemployed people and women with his fake promises. She conducted Gadapagadapaku YSR Congress programme at nine Girijan villages of Usakonda panchayat area. She visited 260 houses and explained about Chandrababu's deception and called for unity to bid goodbye to Chandrababu. She mentioned that the ideals of DrYS Rajasekhar Reddy could be realised only by YSRCP president, YS Jagan.
