YSRCP walks out of assembly

Hyderabad: Opposition YSRCP walked out of assembly. MLAs Visweswar Reddy, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and Uppuleti Kalpana raised the issue of waiver of farmers’ loans during questioning hour. Minister Prathipati Pullarao did not clearly answer their questions. When the leader of opposition YS Jagan intervened and tried to speak, speaker Kodela Sivaprasad held him back. Then YS Jagan announced that their party people were walking out of the assembly protesting against the Government’s ignorance to waiver of loans leading to farmers’ suicide, in spite of the promises it had made before elections. MLAs from YSRCP walked out led by their party president YS Jagan.
