Tirupati: Despite he was in opposition, YSR Congress party leader and Tirupati MP Varaprasada Rao said he is striving hard for the development of Andhra Pradesh particularly his own parliamentary constituency.
He visited more than 1300 villages and enquired people's problems , the YSR Congress leader said he got the release of Rs 1.50 crore under Prime Minister Relief Fund and held more than 90 people. He also sanctioned Rs 40 lakh for the victims of Erpadu sand mafia.
Rao said he registered 89 per cent attendance in the Parliament and raise issues pertaining to the problems being faced by his constituency people.
