08 Sep 2016 10:04 AM
Hyderabad: Argument about special category status happened in the AP assembly. YSRCP MLAs surrounded the speaker's podium raising slogans in demand for the sanction special status to AP. Calling the status a right of the people of AP, the opposition party MLAs demanded immediate conduction of discussion on the matter. They also demanded Chandrababu's resignation. Amidst the chaos, the house was adjourned for ten minutes.
After the session was resumed, YS Jagan spoke to remind that resolution had been made in the same house twice for the purpose. Stating that it was unjust of Chandrababu to water down the issue, he questioned Babu's welcoming Arun Jailtley's announcement. While YS Jagan was still speaking, his access to the microphone was cut, silencing his attempt to reflect people's voice.
