YSRCP Greetings to RTC Workmen

Hyderabad: YSRCP sends greetings to RTC Workmen who fought and accomplished their demands. The party official spokes person Vasireddy Padma said, before the strike commenced on the 6th of this month, if the governments of both the states have agreed to the ‘fitment’ requested by the RTC Workmen, it would have saved lot of loss and problems to the public. The readers are aware that both the governments have agreed to give ‘Fitment’ benefit to the RTC Workmen, 43 % in Andhra Pradesh and 44% in Telangana. While addressing the Media on Wednesday in the Central office of the party, she demanded explanation from both the governments as to why they have not agreed to it before the strike commenced.

She asked Chandra Babu and KCR to give answers on ‘Why the issue was dragged to the courts and why they kept the issue pending till the High Court expressed its anger on the RTC Workmen’. She said that both the governments have acted quite ruthlessly even when the EAMCET and other competitive examinations were taking place, and questioned ‘Who is responsible for the valuable time that the students have lost?’. What will Chandra Babu Naidu say now on his assurance in the past that he will merge RTC in the Government?- she questioned. She asked both the Chief Ministers of both Telugu States to analyze the role of the governments in incurring losses of RTC.
