YS Jagan’s Praja Sankalpa Yatra To Enter Nellore On Jan 23

Nellore: AP's Leader of Opposition and YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will begin his Praja Sankalpa Yatra in the district on January 23. The party's district leadership convened a meeting on Wednesday to decide the route for the padayatra which will cover eight of 10 constituencies in the district.

Presiding over the meeting, the YSRCP Nellore district president Kakani Govardhan Reddy said people are eagerly waiting for YS Jagan's Praja Sankalpa Yatra. He said that YSRCP enjoys tremendous goodwill among people and that the padayatra would be an overwhelming success in the Nellore district which is a party stronghold, he said.

The padayatra will proceed through Sullurupet, Gudur, Venkatagiri, Sarvepally, Nellore Rural, Atmakur, Kavali and Udayagiri constituencies. The padayatra is currently moving through Chittoor after having covered YSR Kadapa, Kurnool and Anantapur districts. The historic padayatra began at Idupulapaya in YSR district on November 6 last year and will continue for six months before culminating at Icchapuram in Srikakulam. The padayatra will cover more than 3,000km.

YS Jagan's political secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy also participated in the meeting.
