YS Jagan offers harathi to Godavari Matha

Kovvur: YSRCP chief YS Jagan performed special poojas to Mother Godavari at the Goshpada Ghat in West Godavari’s Kovvur. 

On Tuesday, he gave traditional harathi to the river Godavari amid chanting of Vedic hymns. Later, he offer prayers at the nearby temple and prayed for bountiful rains so that the farmers and the people would be happy.

Goshpata Kshetram turned into a sea of humanity with a huge number of party workers, supporters and sympathizers turning up to catch a glimpse of Jagan. Party senior leader YV Subba Reddy and several other district level-leaders were present.
