Why Don't You Rather Shoot Me On The Road?

Chittoor: Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy who had been under unjust arrest was released on bail. He had been falsely accused in 3 cases and kept under custody since three days. The police of Chittoor had acted as per the will of TDP leaders and harassed the MLA. First he was accused of posing obstruction to officers' duties, then of violating elections code in 2013 and then obstructing the watchman at the sub-collector's office. Finally he was sent for remand to Kadapa central jail. Now he was bailed out of imprisonment.

Speaking on the occasion, Chevireddy questioned TDP's atrocious nature. He exclaimed how the Government could make arrests just for speaking on behalf of people and questioning the ongoing misuse of power. He stated that they would continue to question injustice and expose the Government's failure, being the followers of Dr.YS Rajasekhar Reddy and soldiers of the leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan. He remarked that the Government could do nothing about it and challenged it to rather shoot him on the road.
