TDP, Congress leaders join YSRCP

Madakasira: A large number of activists from Congress and Telugu Desam parties have joined the YSR Congress Party in Madakasira of Anantapur district on Wednesday. As many as 45 families from the TDP and 15 families from the Congress have joined the YSRCP.
YSRCP Madakasira co-ordinator Tippeswamy, state secretary YC Govardhan Reddy,district secretary Rangegowd and district committee member Sriramulu welcomed them into the party by offering party's kaduvas.
Speaking on the occasion, Tippeswamy said that Chandrababu government ignored the farmers and not implemented even single promise after coming to the power.
He also said that the TDP government failed completely to tackle the severe drought condition and not released the funds for mitigating drought.
He also said that they will discuss about the people's problems in detail at the constituency level plenary meeting on June 8.
Several local YSRCP leaders including Amidalagondi Srnivasa Reddy, Hanumantha Reddy, Timmareddy, Narayanaswamy, Nagaraju, Mallesh, Ramireddy, Timmarayudu, Murthy Naik, Seenappaswamy, Diwakar, Hariprasad and several others participated in the programme.
