Hyderabad: YSRCP MLA of Nagari constituency Roja received solace at the Supreme Court. The court ordered for allowing Roja into the Assembly. It also declared that she could participate in the activities at LP office.
As per the court's orders, Roja narrated the events in the Assembly. The Supreme Court then ordered the Government's lawyer to take Roja's letter of explanation into consideration and hand it over to the speaker of assembly. It suggested that decision should be taken about RK Roja's letter of explanation in the regular sessions or the special sessions of the assembly within 8 weeks.
The Supreme Court made it clear that inquiry would again be taken up in case the speaker did not take a decision regarding the issue. It issued directions in this perspective and adjourned further inquery to the first week of August.
