Struggle on Behalf of Tobacco farmers:

Hyderabad: YSRCP is supporting the farmers of tobacco. The
minimum crop rate for tobacco is not been provided by the present State
Government  said Jagan Mohan Reddy. While last year the rate for one kilo
is Rs. 170 and above, but now it is Rs. 110. At least the minimum rate of Rs.
150 should be given demanded the MLC Dr Umma Reddy  Venkateswarlu. The
period given by the Opposition leader YS Jagan also is closing now. So, it has
been decided that, the party is going to stage dharnas at all platforms of
tobacco on 14^th of this month . If still the Government is not
taking care, the party is planning to surround the Tobacco board at Gunture.
