Sharmila discharged from Apollo Hospital

Hyderabad, Dec 20, 2012: Smt. Sharmila, who successfully
underwent a keyhole operation to her right leg, was discharged from the Apollo
Hospital Wednesday evening.
Dr. Raghuveer Reddy, who performed the operation,
said there was improvement in the working of her ligament and cartilage. “She
needs to take rest for six weeks for complete recovery,” he told reporters.
Smt. Sharmila had to suspend her Maro Praja
Prasthanam Padayatra last weekend after she sustained the ligament injury while
boarding a bus during the Padayatra.
