Sharmila offers prayers to Sun God

12, 2013: Smt. Y.S. Sharmila began her Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra from
Golla Mamidada on the 177th day on Wednesday.

Before resuming the
day’s Padayatra, she visited the Sun Temple here and offered prayers to the Sun
God.

Lakshmi Narasimhapuram,
Peddada, Pedapudi, Domada, Karakuduru and Achyutapuram villages are listed on
her day’s schedule of Padayatra spread over a distance of 15.5 km, according to
Padayatra convener Talasila Raghu Ram.

 She has so far
completed walking a distance of 2334 km as on 176th day on Tuesday.
