Hyderabad: The Government raised curtain for the same old drama again pertaining to the No Confidence Motion. It decided to start the debate as soon as notice was given. When the leader of opposition YS Jagan tried to explain the position of regulations, the Government interrupted. Minister of Legislature Yanamala Ramakrishnudu proposed the suspension of the regulation that stated the time limit of 14 days since the submission of the notice. As the ruling wing had greater strength, they supported this and the regulation was suspended by speaker Kodela Siva Prasad. Dispproval to this expressed by YS Jagan was disregarded. Immediately the speaker passed a ruling, permitting debate on No Confidence Motion. Conspiracy was plotted to not give opposition a chance to issue whip to the members.
