YSRCP slams violation of protocol
Complaint to the collector on ruling party leaders
Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy
YSR District: YSRCP MP YS Avinash Reddy complained that TDP had been organising the Government's activities as if they were party's activities and violating the rights of public representatives. A huge rally was conducted at Kadapa under the leadership of the district's president Amarnath Reddy, protesting against violation of protocol by the Government. MLAs Raghurami Reddy, Amzad Basha, Gadikota Srikanth Reddy, Korumutla Srinivasulu and party leaders and activists participated in this rally, raising slogans against the Government.
The leaders of YSRCP demanded resignation of the CM who had been oppressing the rights of members of legislative houses and submitted a memorandum to the joint collector at Kadapa district's collectorate to take action against the officials and people's representatives who did not follow protocol. Then they spoke to state that MLA Raghurami Reddy had been invited as the chief guest to the Eruvaka programme held at Mydukur constituency but the programme had been carried out by the TDP candidate who had lost election, thereby insulting the MLA. They added that the programme had been initiated even before the MLA could get there.
GO 520 was not being followed, they criticised. The leaders complained that YSRCP MLAs were not being invited for even the CM's events. They remarked that TDP leaders were turning the Government's activities into the party's activities. They also cautioned the Government that YSRCP would fight until this situation changed in the state.
