Petition filed against Balakrishna

A petition has been moved against actor-politician Balakrishna on Tuesday before the Hyderabad High Court seeking action by the Election Commission for distributing money to voters during the campaign at Nandyal.
YSRCP general secretary K. Shiva Kumar filed the petition who said that Sakshi media filmed him as he distributed money on August 16 at a road show. The leader further told the court that though they had filed a complaint with the EC, it failed to take action the Hindpur MLA.
