No Way Out For Chandrababu Naidu

Hyderabad, Aug 29: YSR Congress has said that all efforts of Chandrababu Naidu to wriggle out of the cash for vote case would be vain in wake of the ACB court ruling to reinvestigate the case and his private deals will cut no ice this time over. ‘ It is 14 months since the case broke out and the progress has been reduced to snails pace with compromise at every stage and Chandrababu Naidu nodding to his Telangana counterpart demands and a union minister brokering peace between the two has come to a naught with the ACB court direction to reinvestigate the case,’ party leader Ambati Rambabu told reporters here on Monday.
The name of Chandrababu Naidu was mentioned 33 times in the charge sheet yet there was no action against him as there was a compromise and he has mortgaged the state interests like river water sharing, special status and others which merits to take up the case. No supplementary charge sheet was taken up as Chandrababu Naidu has agreed to all the terms of compromise, including the shifting of governance to Vijayawada in a hurry and maintaining silence over river water sharing and special status.
‘It is heartening to note that the forensic reports were not taken properly and with ACB court admitting the complaint filed by A Ramakrishna Reddy it now becomes impossible for Chandrababu Naidu to wriggle out of the situation,’ he said. Meanwhile, at separate press conferences held at Visakhapatnam and Tirupati party leaders Botsa Satyanarayana and Bhumana Karunakar Reddy echoed the same views and said that Chandrababu Naidu who boasted of his integrity should now reply to the court as an accused.
