Nellore : Taking a jibe at Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, YSR Congress party (YSRCP) MLA from Sarvepalli constituency Kakani Goverdhan Reddy said IT minister Nara Lokesh was the only one to get a job in the TDP rule. Stating that Nara Lokesh was employed as an IT minister through outsourcing, he said the unemployed youth were being booked in police cases for demanding teachers’ posts.
Addressing a media conference here , the MLA said Chandrababu was cheating the aspirants who were spending thousands of rupees on coaching, after promising to release DSC notification every year. "The State government collected crores of rupees from the aspirants on the pretext of the TET exam."
Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao released a notification for filling only 7,000 posts, after saying in the past that 22,814 posts would be filled, he added.
He recalled the appointment of 50,000 teachers during the rule of late Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Chandrababu Naidu is on the verge of destroying the schooling system in the State, he observed.
"Model school teachers haven't received salaries in four months. We condemn the police action on YSRCP MLA Kiliveti Sanjeevaiah,'" he said, promising to fill all the vacant teacher posts under the leadership of party Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Chandrababu is habituated to using police force against anybody who questions him, he remarked.
