Leaders of the AP SCS Committee meet YS Jagan

Leaders of the AP Special Category Status Committee met YSR Congress Party Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Guntur on Wednesday. Among those present at the meeting were Chalasani Srinivasa Rao, Tadi Naresh, Konda Narasinga Rao, Sadashivareddy, Appala Naidu and Mallikarjun.
YS Jagan outlined the plan of action to achieve SCS to the state during the meeting. Chandrababu's casual approach to the issue has landed us here and has diluted the seriousness of the issue, he observed. The YSRCP President pointed out that SCS could have been achieved a long time ago had Chandrababu acted with earnestness upon the recommendations of the Cabinet and followed up with the planning commission accordingly. Instead he was now resorting to staging pointless dramas, he added. The AP CM's Delhi visit was not for the sake of SCS but another act in the series of deceptive games that he has played, he said, adding he will back those who support the struggle for SCS to the state.
The AP Leader of Opposition also demanded that all cases against protestors for this cause be withdrawn immediately.
The SCS Committee Leaders lauded the genuine efforts of the YSRCP chief to accomplish the cherished goal. They requested YS Jagan to lead an all-party delegation to achieve this objective. They also pledged their unconditional support to YSRCP MPs who will go on a hunger strike in Delhi for the cause.
