Karuna, Srikala join YSRCP

Hyderabad, Nov 10,
2012: Telangana United Front leader Paduri Karuna and former MLA K. Jitendar
Reddy’s daughter Srikala Reddy joined the YSR Congress party in the presence of
party honourary president Smt. Y. S. Vijayamma here on Friday.

Both Karuna and Srikala
Reddy are from Nalgonda district. While Paduri Karuna is the daughter of senior
CPM leader Mallu Swarajyam and unsuccessfully contested the Nalgonda Lok Sabha
seat on the erstwhile PRP ticket in 2009 elections, Srikala Reddy is a business
woman.

The two leaders,
accompanied by their supporters, arrived at the Lotus Ponds residence of
Vijayamma and took membership of the party. YSRCP leaders Y.V.Subba Reddy,
Nalgonda district party ad-hoc committee convener B. Somi Reddy and other
leaders were also present on the occasion.
