Tirupati: YSRCP's president of Chittoor district and MLA of Gangadhara Nellore, Kalattur Narayana Swamy proclaimed that YSRCP's state general secretary and Punganur MLA, Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy would not defect YSR Congress Party for TDP, even if he was offered the position of the CM of the state. Speaking to the media at Tirupati, Narayana Swamy described Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy as the tiger of Chittoor district. He commented that CM Chandrababu could not get hold of the political scenario even in his own district. Hence, Babu was spreading rumours about possible defection of Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy in order to try to gain strength by fake means. He confided that Peddireddy would not defect his party at any cost. Narayana Swamy dared the defector MLAs who had joined TDP to resign to the MLA posts they had earned with the grace of leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan and face by-elections. He confided that the people of minority sections would teach Jaleel Khan a lesson in the upcoming elections.
