Visakhapatnam district: YSRCP formed a 6-member fact finding committee on the Palmanpeta incident. The committee comprises of Mopidevi Venkataramana, Botsa Satyanarayana, Dadisetty Raja, Chengala Venkatrao, Golla Baburao and Kola Guruvulu. YSRCP is taking very seriously the brutal attacks happening in Palmanpeta cillage.
Henchmen of finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu's brother attacked the village of Palmanpeta, looted everything and physically assaulted women and children. The leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan is sending a fact finding committee to console the victims of the attacks. The committee is going to tour in the village on the 1st and the 2nd of July.
TDP is conspiring to destroy the village of Palmanpeta which adds to the strength of YSR Congress Party. Houses of Sarpanch Doni Nagarjuna and MPTC Garikina Ramana were primarily targeted. They were attacked and the things in the house were destroyed. Then the vehicles and the houses of the secondary level leaders of the party and activists were destroyed. The attacks were apparently pre-meditated and executed.
Victims are complaining that YSR Congress Party is planning in such a way as to drive away people belonging to YSRCP from the village. 86 vehicles were destroyed and jewellery and other assets from the cabinets and wardrobes were robbed. Finally. rice bags also were ransacked.
