Hyderabad, April 4,
2013: YSR Congress Party honourary president Smt. Y. S. Vijayamma on Thursday
warned that the ‘Current Satyagraha’ of party leaders will continue till the
Government comes down and announces reduction of the hiked power tariff.
Speaking at her fasting
camp at the new MLA quarters here on the third day of her indefinite fast
against the Government’s policy of hiking power charges frequently, she said it
is very unfortunate that the Government has not been caring for the agitations
by the opposition parties against the power tariff hike.
“We will not stop our
agitation till the power charges are reduced,” she said.
Meanwhile, more and
more people are visiting the fasting camp and enquiring about the health of the
fasting YSRCP leaders.
