Court dismisses petition for cancellation of YS Jagan's bail
28 Apr 2017 2:58 PM

Hyderabad: In a big relief to YSR Congress Party chief and Leader of the Opposition in AP Assembly, a special CBI court here on Fridaydismissed a petition seeking cancellation of bail granted to him.
The court did not agree with the contention of the CBI that the YSRCP chief had tried to influence the key witness in the case by carrying his interview in Sakshi channel against the CBI. The court dismissed the petition as it found no connection between the said interview and YS Jagan.
The court also permitted the YSRCP chief to go on a summer holiday to New Zealand for 15 days along with his family between May 15 and June 15.
