Collector Is Answerable To Cabinet Rank Minister

‘As per the protocol the Collector is answerable to any cabinet minister and when he has been trying to subvert the evidence by sending the dead body without conducting autopsy the Leader of Opposition has questioned it which in our opinion is the right thing which had set right the anomaly after his intervention,’ party spokesperson Ambati Rambabu told reporters here on Thursday.

On many earlier such occasions YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had visited the mishap site to give moral support to the kin of the deceased and injured persons but there were no cases or such high drama. This time around things took an ugly turn as the owner of the Travel Agency happens to be TDP MP who has been very active in criticizing the Leader of Opposition.

The district collector was in a hurry to push away the dead body, but for the questioning of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. They tried to tamper with the evidence by packing the body of the driver without autopsy as the facts would come out.

The question of second driver is still a mystery and Chandrababu Naidu during his term as Leader of Opposition has used abusive language and pointing fingers at the civil servants and police officers. They are now trying to make it an issue when our Leader has asked the right questions to the right persons for the wrongs being done.

‘We are not afraid of the cases and such things stem out of inferiority of the ruling party which is on the defensive after the mix-up,’ he said adding that sincere officers are being pushed to the loop-line while those who are willing to toe the TDP line are brought to the forefront.

The officials should not ignore the fact that parties in power are not forever and the administration should run its course as per the rule book.
