Chandrababu adopted cheap politics

Tirupati: Nagari YSR Congress Party MLA RK Roja said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had compromised with BJP ignoring the state's welfare. The YSRCP MLA was arrested today while she was participating in statewide bandh being observed in demand for Special Category Status (SCS) to the state.
Later addressing the media, Roja said Chandrababu's call to suppress the protest by the police was nothing but a reflection of cheap politics adopted by TDP in the state. The AP CM was not interested in SCS. She said it was unfortunate that the ruling TDP was trying resorting to arrests of the people who were participating in today's bandh.
Meanwhile, Putalapattu MLA Dr Sunil Kumar condemned the arrest of Roja while she was participating in the protest as part of bandh being observed across the state. "They need police protection for their false deeksha, but the people who have fought for SCS for the last four and half years are being arrested," he observed.
