Srikakulam: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MP Ram Mohan Naidu today had a bitter experience in the district. After he faced flak from the angered victims, a humiliated Ram Mohan Naidu had to turn back and leave the village.
The cyclone victims rued about lack of electricity in the region.
"We did not get any support from the government. Till now, the electricity supply is yet to be restored. Not a single officer has visited the villages to inquire and estimate the crop loss incurred due to the calamity," they said. Ram Mohan Naidu disappeared from the village after the locals blamed him for roaming around rather than offering help.
The videos of public questioning the TDP leaders have been going viral on the social networking sites.
