- MPs should get ready to resign for SCS
- When Tamilians can achieve Jallikattu, why can't we achieve SCS?
- Chandrababu surrendered due to his cases: Bhumana
Hyderabad: YSRCP's state general secretary, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, called for Chandrababu to rise from his sleep and work in the direction of achievement of special category status for AP. Mentioning how Tamilians had fought with unity to achieve the traditional sport, Jallikattu, he questioned why the people of AP could not achieve the SCS.
Speaking to the media at the party's central office in Hyderabad, he proposed that the 25 MPs of the state should resign as the first step in the movement for SCS. Suggesting that all parties should unite for the cause, he asked Chandrababu if he was ready.
Reminding how Chandrababu had surrendered to the centre in the matter of Cash for Vote case, Bhumana remarked that the CM, was in fact, in the way of achieving SCS. He suggested that the CM should rise from his sleep and come forward to join hands with YSRCP for the cause, at least now.
