- Babu has to daringly
face Modi: MLAs
Kurnool: YSRCP
MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy mentioned that Chandrababu was taking up ‘Dhana
Deeksha’ out of love for caste and money while the leader of opposition and
YSRCP president YS Jagan took up Jala Deeksha out of interest to provide water
for the people. He expressed concern about AP changing into a desert upon
completion of Palamuru-Rangareddy and Dindi projects. To save the future
generations from the impending danger of unavailability of water by saving irrigation
and drinking water for them, YS had staged Jala Deeksha even without caring for
his health, acclaimed Chevireddy. He added that this strike was intended to
wake up the dormant Government.
Chevireddy commented
that naming Government schemes after live persons was nowhere else to be seen
but here, exemplifying with Chandranna Sankranthi kanuka and Chandranna
majjiga. He added that building statues was what was left. He mentioned that
the people of Naravaripalle, Babu’s native place, also did not believe him
anymore as they had elected Chevireddy out of trust in YS Jagan. He criticised
Chandrababu by saying that he had deceived everybody including his
father-in-law, his own brother, his co-brother Daggubati Venkateswara Rao and Jr.NTR
in 2009 elections. He questioned the defectors why they were going to join such
a cheat.
YSRCP MLA Kodali Nani
commented that Chandrababu was growing shameless with age. During his speech at
YS Jagan’s Jala Deeksha at Kurnool, he slammed Chandrababu. He dared Babu to join
YSRCP in confronting PM Narendra Modi and KCR. Nani ridiculed that TDP
ministers did not understand the intention behind YS Jagan’s Jala Deeksha in
spite of everybody else in the state understanding it. He remarked that
Chandrababu was unable to question Telangana Government while it was robbing
20-30 Cusecs of water every day. He commented that Chandrababu, unable to
confront Modi, was roaming around idly.
Nani acclaimed YS Jagan
for fighting like a warrior against the unlawful projects of Telangana. He
complained that Chandrababu was unjustly grabbing YSRCP MLAs in the mask of
being attracted by development. He questioned the relation between their
joining TDP and their constituencies being developed. He also suggested in that
case that the state of AP would develop if TDP was absorbed into BJP. He dared
Chandrababu to turn against Modi just as YS Jagan had turned against Sonia
Gandhi.
Nani commented that
Chandrababu had gone on a week-long joy trip abroad in order to settle his issue
of Panama papers under this mask. He reminded that Babu’s benami Prasad already
appeared on Panama papers. He proclaimed that Polavaram project’s getting
national status would have to be credited to Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy. He
reminded that YSR had put a lot of effort in constructing canals in Krishna
district, in spite of hindrance posed by TDP leaders through courts.
