This is an attack on womenfolk: Jogi Ramesh

The Vijayawada police on Saturday detained opposition YSR Congress Party MLA Roja as she was going to attend National Women's Parliament in Vijayawada.
After detaining for more than an hour at the airport, Roja was later forcibly taken towards an undisclosed location. Several YSRCP leaders rushed to the airport and alleged that Roja was kidnapped.
YSRCP spokesperson Jogi Ramesh said that if Roja is not released immediately, the TDP Government will have to pay a heavy price. "This is an attack on womenfolk and woman hood itself. It shows the government's attitude towards women," he said.
